Clemson Transfer Announces Next College Home

A former Clemson wideout has announced his transfer destination.

Wide receiver Parker Fulghum has committed to Louisiana-Monroe. A former walk-on, Fulghum was a member of the 105-man roster in 2025.

Fulghum appeared in five games during the 2025 season but did not register a catch.
