A pair of Clemson coaches traveled to check in on a JUCO commit this week.
Head coach Dabo Swinney and defensive tackles coach Nick Eason paid a visit to JUCO defensive tackle Andy Burburija, who is committed to Clemson and expected to sign in February.
“Had an amazing time with Coach Swinney and Coach Eason! I appreciate them for coming out to see me and my family!!! 🧡💜” Burburija wrote in a social media post.
Burburija originally committed to Nebraska before being flipped by the Tigers. As a JUCO player, he can’t sign until next month.
In 2025, he was a first-team All-American at Iowa Western Community College, while registering 45 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, 12 sacks and one forced fumble.
247Sports ranks the 6-foot-2, 295-pound player as the fourth-best JUCO defensive lineman in this year’s class.
