Clemson Hosting Standout Recruits for Regular Season Finale

The Clemson men’s basketball program is set to host several standout prospects for Saturday’s regular season finale against Georgia Tech, The Clemson Insider has learned.

Following is the list of Clemson Men’s Basketball unofficial visitors for Saturday:

  • Brynes (S.C.) guard Colt Fowler, Class of 2027
  • Ridge View (S.C.) forward Cornelius “CJ” Moore, Class of 2028
  • Ridge View forward RJ Davis, Class of 2028
  • Archbishop Spalding (Md.) forward Braxton Bogard, Class of 2028
  • West Charlotte (N.C.) guard Jaylen “Chacho” Womack, Class of 2028
  • Sarasota (Fla.) guard Greg Dauer, Class of 2028

Fowler, who played with a hurt ankle in the playoffs, and his Byrnes team suffered a tough loss to Ridge View in the State Final Four last week. He holds offers from Georgia Southern and Presbyterian.

Moore, Davis and Ridge View played for the state title Friday night vs. Ashley Ridge. Moore owns offers from Charlotte, Wake Forest and Cal.

Bogard, who has offers from West Virginia and Mississippi State, was recently named first-team All-Baltimore Catholic League for the second straight season. The 6-foot-8, 210-pounder is a top-60 national prospect for the 2028 class according to Rivals, 247Sports and ESPN, and he is ranked as high as the No. 21 overall prospect in his class per ESPN, which touts him as the fifth-best power forward and the third-best prospect in the state of Maryland. His father, Brian, played football at Army, while his mother, Beth, graduated from Clemson.

Womack and his West Charlotte team will play Hoggard for the state title next week. He has an offer from Campbell, while Dauer’s Sarasota squad is in the State Final Four next weekend. He’s a sleeper prospect with improved shooting. His mom, Annie, played volleyball at Penn State. Clemson’s game against Georgia Tech on Saturday at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson is set for 12 p.m. and will be televised on ACC Network.
