Former In-State QB Sets Next Clemson Visit

A former in-state quarterback is set to get back to Clemson later this month.

2029 signal caller Khayel Sam Fong-Talia will be back on campus March 23. Sam Fong-Talia visited for two games last season.

As a freshman at Dillon last season, the 6-foot-2, 210-pound left-handed quarterback won the starting job, passing for 2,315 yards, completing 63% of his throws, with 25 touchdowns. He also rushed for 231 yards with five more scores.

Sam Fong-Talia will play his sophomore season at South Forsyth in Georgia.

The fast-rising signal caller has a slew of visits set for the spring. Arizona State, BYU and NC State are some of his early Power-4 offers.
