Clemson Announces Spring Game Format

CLEMSON — Clemson Football will host its annual Orange & White Spring Game Saturday at Memorial Stadium.

On Thursday, Clemson released its format for the spring game, as well as other important information surrounding the 1 p.m., kickoff. The game will not be televised.

Clemson will conduct a traditional split-squad scrimmage with standard scoring. The game will include 15-minute quarters with a running clock for the final three quarters (except for two-minute scenarios). There will not be a full halftime.

Though the scrimmage itself will kickoff at 1 p.m., the team will warm up and do some individual and team work prior to the scrimmage. Team warmup will begin around 12:10, and individual/team work will begin around 12:20.

The Tigers will then return to the locker room before bussing to The Hill for Clemson’s traditional pregame entrance as a prelude to the scrimmage.

Several healthy players will be in alternate color jerseys to designate them as eligible to play for both teams. Offensive players playing for both teams will be in yellow, and defensive players playing for both teams will be in green. These yellow and green jerseys are not indicative of injury.

As for parking, lots open at 8 a.m. ADA (Americans with Disabilities) Parking is available at the North Lot (C-7) and Centennial Lot (C-9). All other parking is first-come, first-served.

Clemson will conduct Tiger Walk in Lot 5 behind the West End Zone at 11:30 a.m. This will include the unveiling of new captains plaques for 2025 team captains Cade Klubnik, Tristan Leigh, Blake Miller, Walker Parks, Adam Randall, Tyler Venables and Wade Woodaz.

Law enforcement will be on post at key intersections but the full football traffic plan utilized in the fall will not be in effect. Clemson asks that fans please exercise patience when traveling to and from campus.
