With another contact period having begun on April 15, members of the Clemson coaching staff has once again hit the road.

Wide receivers coach Tyler Grisham did an in-home visit with three-star wideout Taurean Rawlins (Mount Vernon, GA) on Friday. The 6-foot wideout made his first visit to Clemson for the spring game, and despite not yet having an offer, has already locked in plans to give the Tigers an official visit June 12-14.

As a junior, Rawlins posted just under 1,400 receiving yards with 17 touchdown grabs. He averaged close to 21 yards per catch and 127 yards per game.

Since his visit for the spring game, Rawlins has also visited Georgia Tech and Georgia. He was at Vanderbilt for its spring game on Saturday.

Georgia and South Carolina are also scheduled to get official visits.

Grisham has also made a stop at Atlantic Collegiate Academy in Conway.

Assistant wide receivers coach Will Swinney is also out on the road, having made numerous stops at in-state schools. On Friday, Swinney was at Cheraw High School, visiting with 2027 wideout Nicholas Gordon.

The 5-foot-10 prospect has been camping at Clemson since he was a youngster and visited Clemson twice this spring, including for the spring game.

Gordon visited Wake Forest on Saturday.

Swinney also made stops at Chesterfield High School, Central, Carvers Bay, Darlington, Lake City, Trinity and Andrews.
