TCI Recruiting Roundup: Multiple Recruits Visit Clemson

Spring practice might have ended more than a month ago, but recruits are still visiting Clemson.

This weekend, multiple 2027 prospects have been on campus. Four-star OL Luke Starcevic (Kindred, ND) is on an unofficial visit this weekend. The 6-foot-5, 260-pounder made the long trek from North Dakota, and it is a trip that’s paid off, as Starcevic announced an offer late Friday.

Starcevic is an intriguing prospect, as he also plays tight end and along the defensive line at his high school. As a junior, he caught 29 passes for 544 yards with five touchdowns. On the other side of the ball, he tallied 48 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks.

Starcevic has also visited Kansas State and Notre Dame over the past month. He now has close to 24 offers, including Oregon, Texas Tech, Michigan, Penn State, Oklahoma and Missouri.

The Rivals Industry Ranking slots him at No. 229 overall and No. 16 among all interior linemen in the class. 247 lists him as an ATH, ranking him No. 156 overall.

The Tigers also played host to one of the top placekickers in the 2027 class on Friday, with Leif Hansen making his first recruiting visit to Clemson. Kohl’s Kicking Camp ranks him as a five-star and No. 22 among all kickers.

As a junior, Hansen was 10-of-12, with a long of 49 yards.

“Hansen recently kicked at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2025. He scored an impressive 112.52 points on kickoffs and 31 points on field goals during the three charting sessions held at camp. Hansen showed the leg strength and overall talent needed to play in college at his first ranking event. His scores and overall performance at camp indicate he has a huge future in kicking and should be someone to watch this fall and beyond.”Kohl’s

Last month, the kicker visited Boston College, Princeton, Yale, Georgia Tech and Georgia, among other stops. Navy has offered.
