Brad Brownell has added one more portal piece to his roster.
San Francisco transfer David Fuchs has announced a commitment to Clemson. He becomes the fourth portal addition for the Tigers. The 6-foot-9 junior is the third-best remaining power forward in the portal, per the On3 rankings.
Fuchs averaged 12.7 points and 7.8 rebounds per game last season while shooting 51% from the floor. He led the Dons in total rebounds (225) and ranked third in the WCC in rebounds per game. He spent his first two seasons at Rhode Island, where he averaged just under eight points and seven boards per contest. He will have one more season of eligibility.
Fuchs joins TCU wing Liutauras Lelevicius, Samford big Dylan Faulkner, and Notre Dame shooting guard Cole Certa as transfers Brownell has landed this cycle.
Clemson finished 24-11 overall last season and was 12-6 in ACC play. The Tigers reached the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive season, falling to the Iowa Hawkeyes in the first round.
