4-Star Clemson Target Changes Commitment Date

One of Clemson’s top offensive line targets has changed his commitment date.

Fresh off an official visit to Clemson, four-star JJ Brown has moved his commitment date up to Monday. Brown was originally planning to announce on June 23 after taking officials to Georgia, Auburn and Kentucky, in addition to the one to Clemson.

The 6-foot-6, 305-pounder picked up his offer in late April after an unofficial visit to campus.

“Knowing how selective Clemson is, the offer meant a lot,” he said. “It was a blessing and showed they believe in me.”

The Rivals Industry Rankings slot Brown No. 278 overall and No. 24 among all tackles in the class.
