Former Clemson Tiger Commits to Big 10 School

A former Clemson baseball player has landed at his new school.

OF Bryce Clavon announced a commitment to Penn State late Thursday.

After transferring from Georgia last summer, Clavon started 38 games for the Tigers this season, most of those coming in centerfield. He hit .255 with five homers and 18 RBI, including six doubles and a triple. He was also 9-of-13 on stolen base attempts.

Prior to his one season at Clemson, Clavon spent a year at Georgia, where he appeared in 27 games (one start), going 5-of-15 at the plate with one homer, one double, one triple and two runs driven in.

Clavon currently has two years of eligibility remaining.
