A former Clemson big man is playing in the NBA summer league.
Viktor Lakhin has signed on to play with the Sacramento Kings Summer League team, with the squad’s first game set for Saturday at 5 p.m. against Brooklyn.
Lakhin last played in Puerto Rico for Cangrejeros de Santurce, which is owned by Bad Bunny. He appeared in 13 games and averaged 3.6 points and 3.7 rebounds.
Last summer, Lakhin played for the OKC Blue in the NBA G League, averaging 10.4 points and seven rebounds per contest.
The big man spent one season at Clemson after transferring from Cincinnati, and averaged 11.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per contest.
