CLEMSON — Led by Liutauras Lelevicius 16 points and five rebounds, Clemson defeated Pro Camp of Italy 69-58 Saturday at PalaTerme Sport Complex in Florence, Italy. The 6-foot-7 guard-forward combo, scored 13 of his 16 points in the second half.

The Tigers also got 13 points, five rebounds and five assists from guard Cole Certa, while forward Dallas Thomas added 11 points, four rebounds and two block shots in the victory.

Freshman point guard Harris Reynolds also came up big for Clemson. He tallied nine points, had four rebounds and collected three steals. Forward David Fuchs, a transfer, grabbed a team-best 10 rebounds and added four points for the Tigers.

Lelevicius scored nine points in the Tigers’ first game in Italy. Certa scored 10 points in that victory.

Clemson led 32-23 at halftime on Saturday, as it played much better in its second game during its 10-day tour of Italy. The Tigers struggled both offensively and defensively in the first half of their win over BC Silute this past Wednesday in Rome, Italy.

Certa and forward Chase Thompson each scored seven points in the first half, while Trent Steinour dropped in six. Thomas had five first-half points and Reynolds dropped in four.

Clemson will play Orange Bassano in its final game in Italy on Tuesday in Como. Tip is set for 12:30 p.m. EST.
