Clemson, UNC Release Availability Report

The ACC has released the final availability report ahead of today’s game between Clemson and North Carolina at Clemson’s Memorial Stadium.

For Clemson, one thing has changed from the first two availability reports released this week.

Senior quarterback Christopher Vizzina, who was injured in last week’s 22-7 win over Georgia Southern, is now listed as a game-time decision after previously being listed as questionable.

Vizzina started the first two games, but freshman Tait Reynolds will make the first start of his career against the Tar Heels.

For North Carolina, one thing has also changed.

Now officially listed as out on the availability report is UNC defensive end Melkart Abou Jaoude. He has one sack this season, which resulted in a strip-sack fumble in the Tar Heels’ win over TCU in Week 0.

Abou Jaoude has four tackles overall, including three unassisted tackles.

North Carolina’s report still has freshman wide receiver CJ Sadler listed as out. He was arrested on Tuesday after receiving his third citation for speeding since August.

Sadler caught three passes for 66 yards in last week’s win over East Tennessee State. He currently ranks third on the team with 73 receiving yards and is tied for third with four receptions.

Kickoff of today’s game is set for 12 p.m. on ESPN. The game marks the conference opener for both schools.
