CLEMSON — A Clemson offensive lineman, who was on the injury report all week, was not on the non-active report as the Tigers get set to host No. 4 Miami at Memorial Stadium.
Left guard Elyjah Thurmon, who was questionable Monday-Thursday, but listed as probable on Friday, moved off the report on Saturday. What does that mean for the Clemson offensive line?
Thurmon hurt his left knee in the second quarter in the win over Cal last week. Though Thurmon is available to play, it appears he will not start.
During warmups prior to the Miami game, sophomore Gavin Blanchard was working first team reps. Blanchard, of course, came in for Thurmon last week and was graded as one of the highest offensive lineman.
Blanchard was announced prior to the game in the stadium as the starter.
