Clemson has handed out another offer to a member of the 2028 recruiting class.

Four-star safety Giovanni Tuggle (Winder-Barrow, GA) announced the offer after working out at Dabo Swinney’s high school camp on Friday. He is just the third player in the 2028 class to go public with an offer.

Tuggle also plays basketball and runs track at his high school. He now has close to two dozen offers, including Alabama, Georgia,, Michigan, Oregon and Ohio State.

Rivals ranks the 6-foot defensive back No. 48 overall and No. 5 among all safeties in the class. He also ranks No. 7 in the state of Georgia.
