âDefinitely culture, I got to make sure the culture fits me,â Archie told The Clemson Insider after the visit. âI donât want to be somewhere where Iâm not happy. Obviously, Clemson did a great job with that. I think the people thatâs there, the people thatâs around these players, and the players that they bring in are really great people. You donât really hear too much trouble about any of the players or anything at Clemson. Thatâs really one of my main things.â
âAnd then, of course, my development as a player. But being at Clemson, youâre going to be developed as a player and a young man, which is very important as well. So those two things really are important to me. And of course, academics. Something they really emphasize there is graduating and me and my parents love the fact that they have a 99-percent graduation rate that is only for the football team. That is a huge stat.â
With Archie headed elsewhere, that leaves 4-star Logan Anderson (Fyffe, AL) as the lone remaining target. Anderson picked up his offer after an impressive performance at camp in early June and told TCI that he will be back on campus for the All-In Cookout later this month.
Clemsonâs 2025 recruiting class currently features 13 commitments and is ranked inside the Top 10 by multiple services. The staff is looking to take just one linebacker in the class.
