Two more Clemson pitchers have signed MLB contracts.

Right-hander Drew Titsworth has officially signed with the Philadelphia Phillies after being selected with the 339th overall pick in the 11th round. He was the first Tiger drafted by the Phillies since 2012.

Last season, the right-hander was 5-4 with an ERA of 5.09 in 15 appearances (five starts). In 35.1 innings pitched, he allowed 35 hits (.252 opponents’ batting average) and 13 walks with 43 strikeouts. He also held opponents to .164 with runners on base, .154 with runners in scoring position and .128 with two outs

In 110.0 innings pitched over 54 appearances (12 starts) in his career, Titsworth had a 13-4 record, two saves and a 4.34 ERA while allowing 102 hits (.241 opponents’ batting average) and 44 walks with 119 strikeouts.

Earlier last week, left-handed hurler Justin LeGuernic signed with Kansas City after the Royals selected him No. 180 overall in the sixth round.

The southpaw went 4-2 last season with three saves, with an ERA of 4.69 in 19 relief appearances. In 40.1 innings pitched, he allowed 38 hits (.248 opponents’ batting average) and 21 walks with 50 strikeouts. Left-handers hit just .154 against him.

Over his three-year career, LeGuernic pitched 71.2 innings across 40 appearances (seven starts). He leaves with a career ERA of 6.40 with 93 strikeouts and 46 walks.

With Ariston Veasey already having signed with the Cubs, that leaves Aidan Knaak as the only Clemson pitcher taken in the draft who has yet to sign.

As previously reported by TCI, Knaak is seriously considering returning to the Tigers next season after being taken in the fifth round by the Milwaukee Brewers. The deadline for him to sign is Monday at 5 p.m.
